Kolosseum, Forum & Palatin: Tickets mit Audio-Guide-App

Extremely disappointing experience – avoid this operator. I booked a tour for 9:30 AM and planned my entire day around it. Then, without any reasonable explanation, the organizer changed the time to 12:00 PM. I adjusted my schedule and showed up as instructed, only to be told that the time had been changed AGAIN to 1:30 PM. This is completely unacceptable. Changing the schedule once is already disruptive, but doing it twice on the same day shows a total lack of professionalism and respect for customers. As a tourist, your time in Rome is limited and carefully planned. Because of their poor organization, our entire itinerary was ruined and we lost valuable time. There was no proper communication, no apology, and no effort to make up for the inconvenience. This operator is unreliable and disorganized. I strongly advise everyone to avoid booking with them.

Unfortunately, the audioguide did not work, we did not receive what we paid for (access to the arena), the representatives did not show until 8:45am which caused a lot of confusion. Other tour groups were there an hour in advance to answer questions. We were informed that the reason for not getting access to the arena was because of repairs and then we watched others as they went to the arena. All and all, we would not book this service again. Please let us know when and for how much we will be refunded. We have sent an email and have not received a response.

We booked the tour to include the Colosseum, Roman Forum, and Palatine Hill. I received a message stating that they had to change the Colosseum ticket to just the arena with no access to the other levels due to restrictions but when we arrived at the colosseum there were people on all the levels which made no sense as to why they would just change our tickets while others are on the other levels. I also was informed that I would receive a refund of 6 euros per ticket and still have yet to see that refund nor a response from the company about where my refund is. Not only did they change my access ticket to just the arena but I had scheduled the tour to be at 0900 and when I met with the tour operator the ticket for the colosseum was changed to 1040 without my acknowledgment and you can only enter 15 minutes prior to the time on the ticket so we had to wait and hour and half just to enter the colosseum. What ever you do, DO NOT book with this company go with someone else!!!

Det är en magisk Upplevelse att besöka Collosseum. Det var lite svårt att hitta guiderna för biljettutdelning då de inte var jättettydligt på kartan upplevde vi men när vi hittade dom var guiderna jättetrevliga och gav bra information. Det bästa vore om dom hade en skylt eller flagga som syns bra då det är så mycket folk på området. Forum och Palatine också väldigt värda sina besök . Jättenöjd med dagen var vi. Räkna med minst 3,5 timme för att hinna med allt.

Notre billet était pour 10:00. À notre arrivée on nous a dit que la visite du Colisée avait été déplacée à 11:45 et que nous devions faire le forum et le mont Palatin avant. De plus le billet n’est pas vraiment coupe file. Il est coupe file pour le kiosque de billet (qui était complètement vide). Nous avons dû faire la file pour entrer. Résultat: pas le temps de faire le mont Palatin. Extrêmement déçu. Et personne sur place capable de répondre aux questions.

Comprei ingresso para o Coliseu com acesso a arena com mais de 30 dias de antecedência! Dois dias antes da minha reserva me mandaram uma mensagem dizendo que não seria possível visitar a arena e eu teria apenas o ingresso normal para o Coliseu, porém que eles me devolveriam parte do valor pago, pois com arena é mais caro! Após 5 dias não me pagaram e nem respondem mais minhas mensagens! Não recomendo

We had booked the Colosseum tour with optional arena floor access in October 2025. When we were already in Rome, 4 days before our visit, we were advised that our arena access was changed to standard access because of the "high demand the monument is currently experiencing." Again, we had booked 6 months in advance and others were still granted access to the arena floor. On top of all of that, the audio guide never downloaded and we were not refunded the difference in the cost of the arena access vs. standard visit.

Leider kann ich nichts darüber sagen …. wir hatten einen Notfall in der Ubahn und wurden evakuiert, deshalb kamen wir 5 Minuten zu spät zum Treffpunkt (der absolut unübersichtlich ist). Ich konnte den Guide nicht mehr finden und als ich im Büro angerufen habe, wurde mir nur gesagt, das er dort irgendwo sein muss. Nein, war er nicht mehr. Niemand hat uns weitergeholfen, oder nachgefragt wo wir sind, oder uns Bescheid gegeben, wo wir den Guide finden können. ( die Firma am Vortag hat das gemacht). So hab ich über 80,- bezahlt und kein Colosseum gesehen.

Cogimos la reserva a las 17:00 para las tres visitas, cuando llegamos al punto de encuentro nos dijeron que las visitas solo se pueden hacer hasta las 18:00. Para el coliseo llevas la hora fija pero para las otras dos visitas puedes entrar cuando quieras. En nuestro caso, al enterarnos de eso en el momento no hemos podido disfrutar de las otras dos visitas ya que el resto de los días ya los teníamos planeados. Mi recomendación es que no reservéis esta actividad por la tarde si tenéis todos los días de vuestro viaje planificados
