Ausflug von Bari: Entdecken Sie Altamura & Matera, UNESCO-Weltkulturerbe

The morning started badly, there were three lots of instructions on where to meet. We asked questions we were rudely told to wait by the lady at the information centre who then just ignored us. We didn't at any time of booking the tour did we know it was a private car with just 4 other people, who were very nice. The instructions we were given were wrong, we stopped at different places to what the instructions said. It would have been nice just to get a map of both towns we visited. Loved both towns and got around ok but had to ask as we went along. Why have rude people deal with tourists when it is obvious they don't like tourists.
