The tour itself with the knowledgeable guide was ok. Finding parking and then finding the guide was extremely difficult. No contact information was provided to get in contact with the guide upon arrival. I had to park almost a mile away from the entrance to the Reggia Di Caserta. For $140 each (5 people) I should have been provided with a parking pass as well as the phone number of the guide. The value for money was not there at all.

Our guide Alessia was excellent. The visit was beautiful, in a truly wonderful and incredible place. Highly recommended, especially with the guide, as the experience is far superior to a normal visit. Also recommended is the full tour including the gardens.
