First, the picture that you display is FALSE advertising. Secondly, I messaged GYG to ask what sights we would see and they said we would pass the Rialto bridge and that never happened. Thirdly, we were taken down a canal that stunk like sewer and we passed a demolition sight where the bobcat dumped a pile of broken concrete as we were passing 😡

Der Gondoliere hat die ganze Fahrt sehr laut über 4 weitere Boote kommuniziert, er hat mit uns garnicht geredet. Auf Fragen mit nur einem Wort geantwortet. Die Fahrt war nur 20 Minuten, anstelle von 30 Minuten laut Ticket gebucht. Auf meine Frage bekam ich eine sehr unhöfliche Antwort es wären immer nur 20 Minuten und ob ich Trinkgeld geben könnte. Das ganze ist eine absolute Abzocke von Touristen. Ich kann diesen Anbieter überhaupt nicht empfehlen und es wirft ein sehr schlechtes Bild auf „get your Guide“ mit denen ich generell sehr zufrieden bin. Dieser Anbieter entspricht nicht dem Service den ich sonst gerne in Anspruch nehme. Es ist schon schwer den Voucher in ein Ticket umzuwandeln, da an dem Treffpunkt kein Hinweis ist. Ohne Italienisch ist man aufgeschmissen. Sehr Schade - bitte bucht hier nicht. Es gibt andere Anbieter vor Ort die seriösen Service bieten.

O passeio de gôndola durou aproximadamente 23 minutos e, infelizmente, a experiência não correspondeu às nossas expectativas. Durante o percurso, não conseguimos tirar uma foto juntos, pois minha esposa não pôde ficar ao meu lado. Quando chegamos ao final, ela passou para o meu lado para que pudéssemos registrar aquele momento especial com algumas fotos.Foi então que o responsável pela gôndola começou a nos tratar de forma extremamente grosseira, gritando e mandando que saíssemos imediatamente, como se não merecêssemos o mínimo de respeito e educação. Não Pagamos 140€por essa experiência. Para nós, não é um valor insignificante. Fazemos economia para realizar sonhos, conhecer lugares especiais e viver momentos que planejamos com carinho. Não esperávamos tratamento especial, apenas respeito e alguns minutos para tirar uma simples foto juntos. Infelizmente, a atitude do responsável no final estragou uma experiência que poderia ter sido maravilhosa.
