Sorrento: E-Bike Wein & Genuss Tour

Would highly recommend this tour - we were very lucky to have Macarena to ourselves this morning and she was the perfect guide. The ride to the food tour in your own little ‘ferrari’ was a great start to the visit to the farm in Il Turuziello - was so interesting tasting their Olive oils then watching Mozzerella being made - then the tasting !! The challenge was how do you choose which flavour Walnut / Truffle / Lemon … the list goes on but loved them all and learnt lots of new facts. Thank you for giving us one of the best days here in Sorrento

I would highly recommend this e-bike tour as it was one of the highlights of our trip to the Amalfi coast. Our guide Macarena was fantastic. The trip was an amazing change of pace to the walking around towns. We spent a few hours at a farm learning about cheeses, olive oil and lemons and even watched and ate mozzarella as it was made in front of us. I would HIGHLY recommend this trip.

We were a group of 4 adults in our 50’s and 60’s. A few had never ridden an e-bike before. Our guide, Peter, was amazing! He gave us a great overview of the bike and our trip before we started. We stopped several times along the way for pictures or to rest. Peter paid great attention to our safety while we rode, constantly looking back to be sure we were all doing well. Our stop at the farm was so informative! We loved hearing how mozzarella and ricotta were made and watching the process! I’d highly recommend this tour!

The guide was great and very friendly. The ebikes are of very good condition and we had lovely views on the cycle. We got picked up at a near by village for the tour after the cycle and did have to wait 30 mins which is too long. I would not call it a wine tour …no vineyards ..half a small plastic of red wine..more so a cheese and oil tour. I think overall I did enjoy it but disappointed that it wasn’t a wine tour at all. Need to change the title of this tour.

What a wonderful E bike experience!! Rode up to top of mountainous area of Sorrento with gorgeous views of Capri and sea. Stopped a couple times for coffee/rest room breaks and viewing our route on an area map. The stop at the Farm for Olive oil, wine, cheese tasting was such a treat before heading back down the mountain to the starting point. Great adventure and lovely farm with interesting information about the cheese and oil making process!! Our group was very athletic so it made for an extra special time meeting others on vacation. Makarina was an excellent and fun guide taking special care to explain routes and area along with helping us get adjusted to our E bikes. She was a blessing along with the family who owns the farm. A definite GO to anyone who wants to see the small villages and view the sites from a top the mountain area of Sorrento. The ride up to the farm via the little car was a special treat. Loved the trip!!
