our guide, Fabrizio did a great job showing us the city and the quarter offering us a taste of the culture. she let us know they do have a second tour with more food tastings of pasta, but this worked out the best for us and our schedule. she was very knowledgeable about the historical facts as well as very friendly giving all tips on mastering the city for what their interests are. thank you!

We really enjoyed the food tour, Kristian was very friendly and knowledgeable. There was a lot more food and drink to taste than we expected, which was a very nice surprise! We would definitely recommend to other travellers, a great way to see the city and learn about the food culture.

Fascinating throughout. Marco our guide was engaging and very knowledgeable, answering our questions and telling stories as we went round. The Market meeting point was vibrant and busy and each stop we were able to sample there food. The Jewish quarter was particularly interesting for any history buffs. we ended with gelarto. Marco was able to recomend resturants to us if you were unsure whare to eat. I would recommend this tour to any one.

Marco was an excellent tour guide. We got caught in a rain storm and he was great at pivoting so we weren’t running through the rain. He explained all the food we had and the history of why Italy loved the food we were tasting. Learning the history of the Jewish ghetto was so cool. Take this tour!

the tour guide talked more about Jewish history in the area we visited, more than the general history or even the Christian history.... she marked Jewish places and gave more explanation about them ,than other more interesting things! Surly not what I expected from such a tour .

Excellent food tour! We really enjoyed the experience. We walked around Rome, learned a lot about the city’s history, discovered a few hidden spots, and tasted some really delicious food. Our guide was very nice and kind. We got lost at the beginning and arrived a little late, but she was very understanding and adapted the tour so that we had enough time to join the group without missing too much. Her explanations were clear, interesting, and easy to understand. A really enjoyable experience that I would definitely recommend!

I liked that it covered s lot of different plsces witjoit being strenuous. And the wine, veer and water were served at the right times in the tour somehow. The fried asparagus was excellent! Maybe cheese instead of the puerco ( or horse? ) salami would be better as it ( the pue4co salami) was very hard.
