We LOVED our guide Marta. And she is the only good that occurred. It is RIDICULOUS that we served as potential customers for a glassblowing factory. While the so-called master glassmaker was somewhat interesting, I could really not enjoy the demo since the rep from the retail store plunked himself down next to me, talking all the while. We are experienced travellers who have been all over the world on myriad fascinating tours. This was not one of them, in fact it was so crassly commercial and unenjoyable that we probably will not trust Get Your Guides descriptions from here on in. Seriously, why should we pay to be a commercial enterprise’s potential victims. We were told to go through the TEN rooms of their retail store’s showroom and did not feel comfortable saying no, although we would have liked to.
