Carmen was an excellent teacher and host. We made 3 antipasti dishes, a pasta dish from scratch and a meat dish and a pudding. Carmen explained everything throughout in English and she was able to learn English from us and we learned Italian from her. We also learned a lot about the region, its history and her family and she asked us questions about ourselves and our life too. We needed to book a taxi for the journey back to our accommodation and she arranged for her husband to give us a lift. Very lovely lady and a great experience to remember.
