Verona: Prosecco- und Pasta-Kochkurs im Haus eines Einheimischen

Michela hosted us very friendly in her nice appartment with great kitchen, We were only two pupils, so we could make the more elaborate tortellini according to family recipe, as a special request as my daughter loves them. And they were so much more delicious than the ones we normally buy in the supermarket! We tried two sauces with them and preferred the butter sage one. We also made fettucine, with which Michela made a wonderful tomato sauce. We learned many useful things, it was fun folding the tortellini together, we got delicious wine, chees and ham as starter and then our own pasta. Michela could also recommend how to find the right ingredients to bring home. Definitely recommend this cooking workshop and I would love to meet Michela again sometime :-).
