I could not recommend this tour LESS. The tour information was at best extremely basic, and at worst dangerously oversimplified. Large parts of the tour were not translated into English (my partner understands some Spanish so we could confirm this). We spoke to the guide and operator about this but were given no reply. My most significant criticism, however, would be the portrayal of Jewish history. When we toured the Jewish quarter this is what we were told: "The Jewish people lived here because of the money. The doors of the Jewish homes would open at 6am and close at 6pm which meant the Jewish people only left to go to work." That's it. There was no reference to the fact this was a state-sanctioned curfew designed to segregate Jewish members of the community. Without this important context, it was delivered like some bizarre quirk of the Jewish community. Stones commemorating holocaust victims were also not mentioned. Deeply offensive. Save your money and do not book this tour.
