What i liked best about the cooking experience was how hands on and authentic it felt. I enjoyed learning traditional techniques, using local ingredients, and hearing the stories behind the dishes. María Luisa made the experience fun, engaging, and east to follow, and it was a great way to connect with the local culture through food.

Great experience in an informal setting, sitting down to eat our creation with the family after the lesson. My wife and I didn’t leave until nearly 9:00.
