Virginia was an excellent guide. Full of lots of information and was very helpful with any questions that we had. I can’t remember the bus driver‘s name, but she was amazing. I’m maneuvered around the city with incredible accuracy. We will definitely recommend this tour.

Beatrice did a great job. I would have like to have heard more history information while on the bus (1 hr 20-30 min) ride. Richard was a great driver.

Arianna was a great tour guide- she was funny and knowledgeable. It was a wonderful day. Everyone at the company was great even when we had a delay getting to the meeting location. Great option for day in Florence!

Omi, our guide was excellent. Very personable and informative. Her maps and links via WhatsApp to all passengers, were ideal for self touring. Exactly what we needed and were looking for. Thank you Omi! The bus ride was great with Rinaldo but just a bit warm on the return trip. (Air was circulating but not cooling).

Clara was an amazing guide. Friendly, knowledgeable and easy to understand. Extremely easy to find Clara at meeting point from bus from cruise ship port. Great value compared to cruise ship fees.

Ignacio was our excellent guide and he managed the trip in both fluent English and Spanish. Used WhatsApp to keep us informed and gave some tips to avoid the tourist traps.
