Accademia-Ticket mit David & mehrsprachiger Audio-App

inside the gallery was great, not too busy. the accord tour guide were late to the meeting point was supposed to be there at 08:45 and turned up at 8:56 was a mad rush to the get everyone checked in, our slot was booked for 9am but didn't start queuing until 9:18 am was very disorganised and we only started queuing because we complained. we have a tour booked with these for the pitti palace and boboli gardens, so will not be happy if this happend there.

I am requesting a refund because the paid audio guide was never usable, despite our repeatedly asking for help. We told staff TWICE outside the Accademia that the required access code was missing. Both times we were told, “Don’t worry, the guide will help you inside.” Inside, the guide told us it was “not her problem” and that we should have activated it outside. We explained that we had already tried and had followed their instructions. Our group even moved our phones near the exit trying to regain cellular service, but still could not access the guide. The entire group was then forced to either pay again for another audio option or walk through the museum without the guide we had already purchased. The supervisor was equally dismissive and simply told us to “ask for a refund.” We traveled by fast train from Rome as a family of four specifically for this visit. We lost valuable museum time because of a service failure that was not our fault. Disappointed in GetYourGuide.
