Sara and the Bus drivers was wonderful, I have mobility problems and they were very accommodating. I would rate this tour 5 stars.

Sarah was great! explained everything in detail both in English and Spanish. Preferred a more guided tour next time. Too much to see on your own with too little time. Still enjoyed seeing the sites.

We enjoy everything, the guide lead Sara did a great job explaining all the places and giving advices. We cannot wait to be back again! definitely Florence will remain in our hearts forever

Gracias

Our tour guide, Lisa, was super nice, friendly, and helpful throughout the whole tour. She explained everything clearly and made the experience really enjoyable. I had a lovely time and would definitely recommend this tour. Thank you, Lisa!

Not worth the price

We had a great experience, it is a great tour for a taste of Pisa and Florence. Definitely not for someone who prefers a slower pace or meandering around. Our guide was great and answered all our questions.

We loved our experience and our tour guide Sara was the best! There was a terrible downpour when we arrived in Florence and she worked so very hard to save the experience for the entire group. Even though we lost a little time due to the rain, the experience was unforgettable! I am so happy that we did this tour!

The tour was 14 hours, but we spent 10 hours on the bus. Sarah was very informative, but there is not enough time in Florence to see anything. Nothing impressive about the tour.

The day trip was superb! Sarah is such a lovely, knowledgeable, and helpful person. Her instructions, suggestions, organization, and attention go beyond what I could write here. We are immensely thankful for this incredible experience and we must thank her for that. Grazie!

Thanks Sara for the interesting tour. We will come back to Florence again!
