Florenz: E-Scooter-Tour mit Guide durch die Wunder der Renaissance

We got to explore Florence and enjoyed the views from piazzele Michelangelo. We were disappointed as we had booked the scooter tour but were just tagged onto the end of an e-bike tour which was half the price. The route taken was therefore more suitable for the bikes but quite bone shaking for the scooter. This meant we missed most of the commentary as we concentrated on keeping up and avoiding members of the public. The commentary had a general lack of interesting information - we’ve been on better tours in other cities…

What a great way to see the City. Kevin (the guide) was very knowledgeable and gave us plenty of time at each stop. The scooters were in good condition and we throughly enjoyed the experience. Due to bad weather on our original booking date, they were very accommodating and allowed us to rebook for the following day. Would highly recommend the tour company and escooter excursion. We booked the 1 1/2 tour, but wished we had booked a longer one.

The only good thing about this tour was that the scooters were fun and the guide was friendly. However, we got started almost a half an hour late, then about 15 minutes into riding my husband's scooter died and we had to spend the next 45 minutes waiting on them to come get the scooter and bring my husband a bike in which he rode for a few minutes and then returned it because we had afternoon plans. We literally missed the whole tour because of the late start and dead scooter. No compensation at all from the company. Bad business.

Extremely disappointing "tour" that was actually just a scooter ride up to Piazzale Michelangelo. It was just my husband and I and since it was just us, we asked the guide to have us back 10 minutes early so to make a dinner reservation, and he said was no problem. We then started about 12 minutes late because of a miscommunication -- staff mentioned a bike not working on a last tour, so we thought they were waiting to bring a new one.. He then brought us back 20 minutes early instead of 10 minutes, so the whole tour was less than an hour. During the tour, our guide rode about 30 yards ahead of us, rarely looking back, and only gave notes on the city at stoplights and in passing. We didnt learn anything about the city. We sped up to the top and my husband's scooter stopped working about 100 yards from the top so the guide walked his scooter. After seeing the view of the city, we literally turned around and came back. We didn't see any other stops. This was the low of our Italy trip
