Pompeji: Eintrittskarte mit Audioguide & Karte – Erkunden Sie in Ihrem Tempo

Horrible, the audio guide is a heavy phone, not worth skip the line. The phone didn’t have all of the audios. The ones I did want to listen to were not on the phone. Honestly look at another company, maybe even a tour guide. Because when picking up the phones they offered us the tour guide for 10€ each but we didn’t take. It’s a scam the audio guide so people take the option of a tour guide. We learned more from google and passing by tour guides.

I had 3 hours to return the audio guides and I had to run from the middle of Pompeii to return them so as not to pay the extra fee, even though I hadn't visited even 20 percent of the archaeological site, which is huge. I had 4 smartphone-type audio guides that were inaudible, it was impossible to hear anything on them and I had to pay another 38 euros to rent others inside, which were very good and intelligently designed to understand the story!

don't make it sound like we are getting tickets from you. when all your doing is exchanging one voucher for another. Still had to join long queue to actually get tickets. We should of just queued in first place and saved a lot of money. Several other people on the same day who thought they had purchased actual tickets from you also had to join long queue for tickets i was very dissapointed and upset. Having disabilities not being able to stand for long was the reason I paid extra for skip the line tickets from you. what a joke absolutely ripped off.
