Geführte Tour durch Ortigia mit Fisch-Streetfood auf dem Markt

The meeting place was not clear. The guide was late. She had no identification and started the tour without us as we were still waiting. She did not check that she had the full group before starting yet she had contacted some to say she was on her way but not others. There were too many people to be able to hear everything, maybe 30, with no audio. Despite starting late she finished early. Don't know what happened to the cannoli tasting as it didn't feature. Someone said she had left the vouchers for it in her car. Some of us thought she was going to get them and then recommend where to get a great example of a cannoli. We were following her as best we could through crowded streets and very high temperatures and she just headed towards the bridge out of the area, so that was the end of that. Worst tour we have ever done though GYG or any other outfit. Totally unprofessional and disappointing. I will be seeking a refund.

The tour was excellent and was informative and interesting. We came across places that we probably would not havevseen ourselves. It is not really a cannoli tasting tour as you get a voucher for one which you go get yourself after the tour. I thought we would be tasting different ones as we did our walking tour around the city. As it was you only get one , so jot really a tasting tour. It would have been helpful if thr guide had told us which outlet to go to as we passed it , as it was we had to Google it and then find it . Having said that it was delicious and the tour was still excellent
