Taormina: Antikes Theater mit Skip-the-Line-Ticket & Audioguide

We paid for skip the line tickets with audio. They would not let us have the audio without leaving a passport with them. The booking website did not state that we needed to leave ID in exchange for the audio only that ID was required if using a discounted ticket. We wouldn’t leave a passport with the office given guidance is to only give a passport to a border force officer. We therefore couldn’t have the audio and paid more for the tickets than we should have.

So skip the line was worth the extra money. They have a designated window for GYG customers but you have to go through the wait line to get to the window to avoid the very long lines. I got the audio but they would not give it to me because you need ID or passport. I don’t walk around with my passport and I do t travel with my DL. So they wouldn’t give it to me so they was a waste of $10. The I stood the GYG days turn on your voucher for the audio nothing about bring a valid ID to get the audio. I would have liked the audio to explain the history. Anyway amazing place. Lots of great views, cafe, toilets, places to sit and incredible Teatro. It only took me 1 1/2 hr but I travel alone so I can go faster. Definitely allow 2 hrs. The sunset time would have been incredible but I return to my B&B by 5 pm. Don’t miss this.

Cesta z hotelu stala 50 euro, druhý den autobus 16 euro, z Letojanni.. Druhý den nás tam pustili, nihdo nám nedokázal vysvětlit, jak je možné, že nám aplikace umožnila koupit vstupenky někam, kam jsme pak nemohly!!
