Great tour and Simon’s was an excellent guide. One suggestion would be to have the tasting or some other stop midway through the tour - 3 hours got a little long with no opportunity to a short break.

The tour with Elena was excellent. She was full of information and made the history of Palermo come alive! We covered lots of ground both in history and on our feet. I just wish we could have had 5 minutes to peek into one or two of the churches in addition to the church we actually entered.
