Florenz & Pisa Tour mit Bustransfer ab La Spezia

We had an excellent day trip to Florence and Pisa, and our guide, Greta, made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the day. One thing I really appreciated was that Greta took all the stress out of traveling. I always get a little nervous about train tickets, transfers, and figuring out public transportation, but she and Viator handled everything—including the short train/tram ride into Florence. We never had to worry about a thing, which let us simply relax and enjoy the day. My only suggestion for future travelers is that I wish we had about one more hour in Florence. If shopping and seeing as much as possible are priorities, skip the long sit-down lunch. The restaurants in Florence are wonderful, but they take their time because dining is meant to be an experience. If you’re happy to slow down and soak it all in, enjoy the leisurely meal. If you want to maximize sightseeing, grab something quick instead.

Our trip was so enjoyable with a mix of viewing the scenery from the comfort of the bus and time on our own in Florence and Pisa to see the sights. Our guide Greta commented expertly on what we were seeing and gave tips on how to make the most of our day. She was fun and energetic and also made sure everyone was comfortable with arranging bathroom stops, etc. We were provided with maps and her phone number as well. Everything was thought of and it was a pleasure to see Florence and Pisa on this tour!

The English-speaking guide was excellent. However, I would not describe this tour as a “GUIDED TOUR”. Whilst the guide spoke at length to us while he was on the bus and gave us a lot of information, however when we arrived in Florence and Pisa, we were left to wander around on our own with no guide. The guide basically led the group from the bus and navigated us through the trams/trains etc and then dropped the group and picked us up at a particular point. We

We had never been to Florence or Pisa and will likely come back to Florence to spend more time there. The trip was a taster to whet the appetite for sure. Gianni was very attentive to each us, even to the extent of noticing the weaknesses and disabilities in some of the travellers and catering for them. If we were taking this trip again, I’d ask for him to lead!
