Pompeji: geführte Tour in kleiner Gruppe

The guide was good, but the company organizing was a real mess. The summary is that it all started with one hour of a delay! Would you spend your time as a tourist waiting for one hour on foot under the sun?!?! No explanation, no guidance, nothing. I called the given number many times and there was one man who was very impolite and even angry I am calling!?!?!?! Definitely not recommended. The guide was good though, once we started.

Our guide Francesco was simply indescribable! The best guide we could have had! With extensive knowledge and a captivating manner! I recommend it to everyone!!! Pompeii has a lot to show, but in a short time you can see the main points, the visit with a guide is extremely necessary, as the place is huge and knowledge like that of the guide Francesco is very difficult to obtain online! Warm hugs from Brazil, Francesco!

First I booked one hour tour thinking that was the whole tour and nobody tell you that it’s actually a two hour tour. In the middle of it the tour guy comes to you privately and tell you that you need to leave now or pay extra 10 euro to finish the tour. Definitely not the right way to ask for money or at least they could have told me at the begging. Because I didn’t wanted to give money to the tour guy secretly put aside from other people from the gruop I was left behind. 0 stars
