Even though it was raining like mad, the staff remained attentive, organized, and communicated clearly while remaining kind and smiling (even though some tour members were cranky). Security was tight, well run. The tour of the cathedral’s interior was very informative and interesting - it included current as well as historical content. The rooftop tour was absolutely fantastic. Sun was back, every view was spectacular and being so much closer to the spires, gargoyles , massive yet delicate carvings was quite amazing. The best part of our experience was our extraordinary and energetic tour guide- she was quick witted and very knowledgeable to say the least. It was notable that most guests commented to each other about how delightful and intelligent our guide was- resulting in a smooth and fun afternoon! One thing- the stairs (even the last 50) were pretty intense andquite challenging for some. Also be aware that the rooftop was slippery so wear appropriate shoes. AndIt’s pricy for sure.
