Rom: Hop-on Hop-off-Bustour mit Audioguide – Entdecken Sie die Stadt in Ihrem Tempo

Is a Scam They over sold the tickets on a day average and you have to wait more buses to pass until a bus is arriving with available seats We have been a family with four people and we been waiting for nearly 2 hours ,three buses passed and no seats available If you want seats on the top floor you have to lose maybe one day hunting buses and people who come off the bus to really enjoy the view of beautiful Rome Very disappointed , they should increase the number of buses to give the chances at the people to enjoy the experience not just sale tickets without being able to deliver a good service and maybe that would help even the staff and drivers to be less stressed and frustrated. Really disappointed

I am extremely disappointed with how this was handled. We paid for 48-hour hop-on hop-off tickets, but we were only able to use them for 24 hours because we were told that the physical paper tickets were required, even though we have the digital confirmation/proof of purchase. The fact that we no longer have the paper tickets does not change the fact that we paid for 48 hours of service. We received only 24 hours. What is the point of having a digital booking/confirmation if the company refuses to recognize the purchase without the physical piece of paper? We paid for a 48-hour ticket and did not receive the full service we paid for. I am therefore requesting a refund for the unused portion of the 48-hour tickets, or an appropriate refund for the difference between the 48-hour and 24-hour service. Please review our booking/payment in your system and resolve this accordingly. We are tourists who paid in good faith for your service, and I expect this to be handled fairly.
