Rimini: Kochkurs für Pasta & Tiramisu im Haus eines Einheimischen

I had such a wonderful experience with Giacomo! You can immediately tell how passionate he is about what he does, and that made the cooking class feel really special. His explanations were clear and engaging, and I really enjoyed the way he guided me through everything. Giacomo was also incredibly kind and accommodating, from helping me figure out how to get there to caring how I get from the station to him and back.😊 A very personal and authentic experience that I can wholeheartedly recommend. Thank you, Giacomo, and keep doing what you do! By the way one of the best pasta and Tiramisu that I have ever had!

We werden erg welkom ontvangen. Zowel moeder als schoonmoeder waren aanwezig. We begonnen de workshop met hapjes en een glas wijn, waarna we de pasta gingen maken. We werden goed geholpen tijdens het maken van het pasta deeg. We hadden het leuk gevonden als we ook werden meegenomen in het maken van de pastasauzen. De tiramisu was leuk om te maken. Het eten van de gerechten was wat gehaast, we hadden graag wat meer tijd willen hebben tussen de gerechten door. Al met al een leuke workshop, maar wel wat aan de dure kant.

We loved having Patrizia as a host, she was extremely welcoming and kind! Not only was she and her mother Carla welcoming us with big smiles, extra drinks and delicious appetizers, they also provided us with a box afterwards so we could take our remaining pastas with us. The atmosphere was wonderful, the house has such an authentic Italian vibe to it with traditional details from the region of Rimini. And the country-side garden is incredible, it's straight from a fairytale! Patrizia her passion for cooking really sparks and she is a real professional with great instructions! Her recipes are super tasty and yet so simple. The fresh ingredients and the authentic touch made it taste exactly what you'd hope for in a traditional Italian dish! I would definitely recommend this lovely workshop! It's such an unforgettable and precious experience. Lots of love to Patrizia and Carla for letting us feel part of their family and thanks again for being so generous and welcoming!

Rossella was such a wonderful person. She mainly led the class while her partner was there keeping us company, and together they created such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We had so much fun, laughed a lot, and got along so well that we’re even planning to meet again outside of the class. Learning her family’s traditional recipe made the experience even more special. Everything was explained with so much love and passion, and in the end we enjoyed an absolutely delicious meal together. I would recommend this experience to everyone visiting Rimini or Riccone! 🇮🇹🍝✨

De kookklas van Patrizia was de leukste activiteit die wij op vakantie hebben gedaan! Zij is een hele aardige vrouw samen met haar moeder, die er alles aan doet om de ervaring zo geweldig mogelijk te maken. De pasta en tiramisu waren geweldig en alles wat overbleef mochten wij nog mee naar huis toe nemen, waardoor we de dag erna er nog een keer van konden genieten. De activiteit is in de achtertuin van Patrizia, waardoor het nog meer aanvoelt als een authentieke activiteit. Ook krijg je de recepten na afloop, waardoor je het thuis ook nog een keer kan maken! Ze liet ons ook nog proeven van haar eigen gemaakte likeur, die ze maakt met de fruit uit haar achtertuin!! Het is dus een geweldige ervaring en wij zouden het zo nog een keer doen!

Tatjana was very sympathetic and we felt very well taken care of with her. At first it was a bit difficult because she did not understand much in English, but over time it became easier and easier and more relaxed, so that you could understand most of each time. The food was very very delicious and Tatjana guided us well how to make the different noodles and the tiramisu. There was a pleasant and warm atmosphere all around and we felt very good with Tatjana. Nevertheless, 100€ per person is a bit much. But we can more than recommend the cooking class at Tatjana's House at any time!! 🌞

Small group cooking class (dad and 2 teens) really enjoyed everything that Patricia (and her husband) teached us, demonstrated in a very good way in English, Patricia is highly skilled with a lot of passion about her cooking. We made 2 type of homemade pasta and tiramisu as dessert, and was served this as a four course meal including ham and cheese platter as starter. Highly recommend this to all especially the visit at Patricia’s lovely farm style home with antics and her welcoming family made this worth every euro 👍

Corso di cucina eccellente, organizzato in un ambiente intimo e familiare. L’esperienza è stata coinvolgente: abbiamo imparato a preparare la pasta fresca e successivamente abbiamo cucinato e degustato i piatti realizzati. Atmosfera autentica, accoglienza calorosa e grande professionalità. Patrizia bravissima!!!Consigliassimo a chi desidera vivere un momento piacevole e genuino❤️

We had the most incredible time at Max’s pasta and tiramisu making class! Max was such an amazing host – warm, welcoming, and so much fun. The class itself was hands-on and easy to follow, and the food we made turned out absolutely delicious. The highlight was sitting down afterward to enjoy dinner with Max and his family – it felt so authentic and special, like being welcomed into their home. We truly loved every moment of the experience and would recommend it 1000%!
