We really liked this tour. Stefano has put a lot of effort into creating a food tour that works with lots of interesting and quality tastings. The city is compact so we covered quite a lot of it. Recommended.

Sehr leckere Speisen, die Mattia uns vorgestellt hat. Auf jeden Fall weiterzu empfehlen. Er hat uns auch einige historische Fakten über Triest vermittelt. Wir waren auch nur zu dritt so war es wie eine private Tour.

Mattia is an excellent tour guide with a great knowledge of the city, be it historically and culturally, as well as Triste‘s food scene. It was amazing to not only sample the typical foods but to get the story behind what we were tasting. He presented the tour in a vibrant and fun way, making it a wonderful experience. To be recommended!

We had a fantastic time with Mattia! He was a great guide, full of energy and local knowledge. The pace of the tour was perfect. There were a good number of stops, but nothing felt rushed, and we had time to digest while walking. The gelato and local ham sandwiches were highlights! Thank you to Mattia for a wonderful afternoon :)

Sarah was an excellent guide. I learned so much about Trieste and its food. She took us to some fantastic places to eat and the food was delicious! If I was staying longer, I would definitely follow up on some of her recommendations, and I will keep them in case I come back

Notre guide Mattia a été parfait et si talentueux pour nous faire découvrir l’histoire culinaire et tous les lieux si typiques et chargés de l’âme et de l’histoire de la ville. Assurément l’une des plus belles expériences insolites. Trieste est une ville multi culturelle dont la cuisine est un beau résumé .

Stefano war sehr gut vorbereitet und hat uns viel über Triest und die Historie der Stadt und ihrer Umgebung erzählt. Die Auswahl der Foodstops war exzellent und hat einen schönen Einblick in lokale Geschmackserlebnisse gegeben.

It was such a wonderful time! It was just me and three of my friends on this tour and we had so much fun. We learned so much about Trieste while also eating amazing food. Our guide was super knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. I would do this tour again in a heartbeat!

Our tour with Mattia was amazing! We had a small group today and had a great experience walking Trieste and trying various local foods. He was really friendly and was super knowledgeable, it was cool to grab bites from a local’s perspective.
