You need signage up to direct people to their tour guide. There are hundreds of people all trying to find their guide and the pushing and shoving is horrendous. If I hadn’t paid a lot of money for this tour I would have walked away. I do not recommend this tour to anyone. Something needs doing to guide people to where they should be. At the moment there are several tour companies all meeting in the same place how are people supposed to know who they are meeting and where. At the start of a tour the guide shouts out your name but you cannot hear them due to the noise from hundreds of people also trying to find their guide so unless you are already standing in the right place you will not hear them shout out your name. Absolutely horrendous day, I would never book again, total waste of money.

Tour guide was fine. She tried her best but it was a tour of over 30 people and people kept getting lost which took away time from the tour as she had to leave to find them multiple times. The information shared was interesting but I saw many reviews for this tour saying that it was given in a storylike perspective. I was hoping for that as I thought that would have been a very intresting way of doing the tour but this was more just facts every now and then at various sites Additionally with so many people in one tour it was difficult to actually see what she was talking abt at times because she would say something then walk away to the next site without everyone really getting a chance to see what she was talking about. Again, not a criticism to the tour guide as I’m sure she was just trying to keep time with the many delays we had. But a tour of this size is much too big and definitely should have been capped at 20 people. She was very informative and answered any questions we had
