Bootsverleih Comer See: 1 Stunde Freiheit auf dem Wasser

This experience was absolutely perfect. I proposed to my partner on the boat it couldn’t have gone any better. Federica was so accommodating. The day in which I originally booked on the app turned out to have terrible weather. But Federica liaised with me the day before and we re arranged for another day later in the week the experience was perfect. For anyone planning an engagement or even just a boat tour I couldn’t recommend this enough. Thank you Federica.

Our boat day on Lake Como was simply unforgettable and honestly, the boat itself deserves a standing ovation. This was not just any boat. It was the boat. Stylish, powerful, comfortable and brilliantly designed. The protective canopies were an absolute game changer: they shielded us from the wind and splashes so perfectly that we could fully relax and enjoy the ride without worrying about our hair turning into modern art. And a special thank you to Federica, who was incredibly kind and professional. She explained all the safety measures and how everything worked in such a clear and friendly way that we felt confident from the very first minute. Warm, attentive, and genuinely lovely she made the whole experience even better.

They sent us a WhatsApp message, asking if we could do an earlier time then the time selected, as it was going to be too cold. We unfortunately couldn’t, as we had plans. They were ok with us turning up at our planned time. Then our train from Milan got cancelled, so we contacted them via WhatsApp saying we were going to be a little late, then they cancelled our slot, without any opportunity to reschedule, it was apparently going to be too dark for them, despite having those time slots available on GYG. I then contacted them asking for a refund and they have totally ignored my messages Wouldn’t recommend, false advertising and now bad customer service

Someone I know recommended me it, so I chose this boat company for my best friend bachelorette party. It was an amazing experience !! our instructor was patient and proposed to drive but it was funnier to let us do it by ourselves. Parking the boat is a challenge, mostly when it is crowded. But the instructor managed to explain how to park. It was so so nice !
