Private Ganztagestour: Pisa und Lucca ab Florenz

Our driver was fine but the van was not cleaned prior seats and ground was dirty. Also cold water not provided as listed in description. It was a hot day and we did not bring in water as it said it was included. Also ended about 2 hours earlier than said. He had us meet earlier. Would not use again.
