Delightful and delicious. We had an amazing time learning how to make ragu as well as tagliatelle and tortollini. Chef Antonio was really knowledgeable, sharing his hints and tips on how to make these dishes utterly delicious. He really went above and beyond for us - which was very much appreciated. We thoroughly enjoyed this experience and are looking forward to making our own pasta and ragu at home.

What a great experience! You will enter as a guest and leave as a friend. Antonino is the real deal - he's a retired Italian chef who willingly shares his secrets and techniques and gives you plenty of opportunity to practice everything yourself so you're sure to leave with the confidence to recreate everything you learned. He even sends you the recipes at the end so you can be sure to get the ingredients and measurements right. We started the evening with water and a delicious bottle of wine and then got busy preparing the ragu. While that simmered, we made homemade tortelloni (with a ricotta & parsley filling) and tagliatelle. We cooked that up and and enjoyed feasting on the fruit of our labours. The whole evening was so fun and educational. Don't hesitate to book! Best for 2-4 people max due to the size of the space.

Antonio was an amazing host and teacher. Very knowledgeable, great chat, stories and was full of fun. He took his time explaining all the different processes and why we did them. The end product was an amazing meal. We cleaned our plates and left with full bellies. We made so much ragu that we actually couldn't finish it lol. Grazie mille Antonio.
