Positano & Pompeii were fantastic , the views from the bus heading into Positano were stunning, It was a long day but this was to be expected due to the itinerary , Our guide Erica was very informative and kept everyone on schedule. our guide at Pompeii was excellent. Now for the not so great part , we turned up our meeting point where there were multiple tours with 5 minute increments, very little communication or signage when we asked which one was ours , staff were quite abrupt. We then got into our designated time slot only to be told our tour leader hasn’t tuned up and we will not have a guide for the day and also that the bus driver did not speak English ,he did however handle the situation very well We were guided to our bus where the bus driver looked as impressed as us . The thought of doing a 13 hour multiple stop/ multiple bus tour was a bit overwhelming, lucky for us about 20 minutes in the company managed to get a substitute tour guide who met us on route .
