Sorrento: Spaziergang durch Zitronengarten mit Verkostung lokaler Produkte

Fantastic visit today to le Colline Di Sorrento for a tour of Christian’s family farm. My partner and I were pleasantly surprised when we realised it was a private tour which honestly made our experience so much better. The history, the hours of work that go into a place like this was incredible to see. It was a truly personal experience seeing how everything operates and seeing how different cheeses are made was so much fun and don’t even get me started on the food that was all made on site, from the fresh bread and cheese from that morning, to the marmalades, olive oils and the liqueur. It was beautiful.

Christian showed us around his family’s farm. He has obvious pride in it and a strong sense of heritage. He answered all our questions thoughtfully. The cheese making was great to watch. We got a plate of their cheese, bread and other produce which was more than enough for lunch, together with their home made wine. The limoncello tasting extended to a number of delicious liqueurs made from fennel, liquorice, and orange. There is a shop but no hard sell. The view from the farm over Sorrento is amazing. We very much enjoyed this tour and would absolutely recommend it. Wear comfortable shoes! It’s a bit muddy.

Very informative lemon tour! Lisa was just lovely. Showing us how to make 3 types of cheeses, explaining the process of olive oil production and walking us through the lemon trees explaining everything on the way. We had a lovely lunch with produce from her families farm including the cheese Lisa made with us! We had a lovely time. Grazie Lisa!

Enjoyed the experience but thought there'd be more lemon and olive tasting and walking through a lemon grove. We saw a few trees and they explained the olive oil making process. Didn't taste any olives or olive oil, just a tapenade. Tasted lemoncello and marmalade. We spent more time watching the guide make cheese which was delicious. Nice experience, beautiful views.

I truly enjoyed this Lemon Tour—it was a fantastic and authentic experience. This family-run business not only offers tours but also produces and sells their own lemon products, cheese, and olive oil. Our guide was a passionate and enthusiastic young woman who shared the rich history of her family’s business. She told us how they transitioned from an orange farm to becoming lemon and olive oil producers, and how they’ve kept the tradition alive across generations. The tour was also very informative. We learned how mozzarella cheese is made, explored the different types of olive oil, and gained insight into local agricultural practices. It included tastings of various cheeses, some local wine, and of course, delicious limoncello. It was the perfect way to experience and support a local Sorrento family business.
