This cooking class experience exceeded all of our expectations! Cannot recommend enough - the food was divine, the instruction was clear and engaging, and the hospitality of Ermanno and Clara was so warm and special. This is a great option for a small and intimate environment to learn traditional cooking methods.

Excellent experience and the highlight of my trip! They were incredibly kind, friendly, and informative. The cooking experience was really lovely and they included really interesting history and culture of the food throughout the class. Everything was delicious and the time flew by - highly recommend!

Nous avons passé un très bon moment, ils nous ont accueilli chez eux, et nous nous sentions en sécurité. Malgré le fait qu’ils ne parlent pas trop le français et je nous parlons peu l’anglais, nous avons réussi à échanger et à les comprendre. Merci encore pour cette expérience culinaire.

This was a wonderful way to spend a few hours in levanto. I went with my 21 year son and we both had a fabulous time and learnt a lot. The structure of the day was perfect , the recipes were excellent and very doable at home. We felt thot the course was excellent value for money and that the time passed really quickly.

This was an amazing experience. The couple is overwhelmingly welcoming and kind. They are both very experienced chefs and know much about the history of the foods prepared. Such an engaging and special event.

Ermanno and Clara went above and beyond our expectations for this cooking class. Not only were they very knowledgeable about the dishes, but the local cuisine as well. We had a wonderful afternoon cooking, eating and chatting, it was an experience our family will never forget!
