For this Capri trip. First, we went to Molo Mafrido port as indicated on your app. Then we found out that we were att the wrong port. We had to take the normal ferry to get to Capri. Such a disappointment stafftried to assist but very impatient with us. This affected 9 of us in the same tour group. Your instructions were very unclear. We would never recommend. A lotWe paid

The trip was a disaster. It was definitely not worth the money spent. The departing point was confusing. There are two harbors in Salermo - we booked for the one closest to the hotel, but the instructions on the app was to go to the Molo Manfredi porto - when we arrived there we were told to go the the other harbor 2.5 km away. Eventually they put us on a normal ferry and not the luxury boat as advertised. I will definitely not use this app again.
