When I arrived at paestrum I was told that the park did t honor the head out ticket and that Headout was a skam. I purchased another ticket at the gate I will never use Headout again.

At the entrance, we were told that there is no audio guide at the Paestum site, so you sold us a service that wasn't available.

Ticket booking was super fast; we skipped the line and immediately immersed ourselves in beautiful Paestum with the audio guide we downloaded from the app. Thank you
