There were no categories to check. I paid for 10 people but one of my orders for 5 people never resulted in a ticket, only a withdrawal from my account. I did not get any e-mail tickets at all, only a reminder for one of my orders just before the event. You have therefore charged me without providing the service I ordered and you simply do not have the sufficient organisation to provide tickets the way you promise
