Florenz Dom Führung: Kathedrale, Baptisterium & Museen

Great organization, nothing to complain about. We had booked the English tour. Our guide spoke English, but with a very heavy Italian accent and strong Italian intonation. In short, I could barely understand anything. It didn't help that the audio system's sound quality wasn't great either. She probably had a good story to tell, but to me it was completely unintelligible.

You wrote that I have access to tickets from your app. ,without internet connection. I had the tickets on my phone in the app but no roaming for your app. Hence when we went to Duomo I could no even find the contact place and the tickets. Fortunately a person from your office replied to my call and gave details to find the meeting place. Concerning yhe Duomo itself my impression is that it does not deserves the visit inside, not so much to see

It's hard to find tours in Spanish, but this one was very good. Lázaro was an excellent guide and very knowledgeable on the subject. Although it's the responsibility of each person booking the tour, it's important to point out that the climb is quite strenuous and a potential risk for people with less-than-ideal health conditions. Honestly, I'm very happy with the tour.

The guide was very friendly. However, what spoilt it for me was her English. The Italian accent was so strong, that I had real difficulties understanding her and in the end just gave up. Looking at the faces of the the other people in the group, it seems as if quite a few just switched off. I think I had understood more if it had been in Italian and although my Italian isn't very good, I probably would have understood more. Sorry to have to say that.

Anastasia our guide was very helpful , instructive and passionate about the information she gave us on the guided part of the talk. She also showed us where to access the other parts of the unguided tour. She was great. The views from the top of the Dome are beautiful and well worth all the steps. The church and baptistry were also amazing. The only reason I never gave 5 stars is because the whole tour is not explained properly on head out. They take you around the outside of the dome , inside the baptistry and the museum . You are then led to the Dome tower queue. From there you are on your own to use priority entrance for the church and crypt and the normal entrance to the bell tower. The building is amazing and definitely worth seeing.

Was a bit tricky to find the initial meeting point, but then everything was easy. Had a great guide, Lorenzo, who told us everything. There is never enough time to see and hear about everything, but the tour was about the right length. Definitely want to carry some water and maybe a snack. Definitely have to be prepared to walk up and down a lot of stairs. Could be hot and humid. Inside paintings/frescos on the dome were very interesting. Some construction was interesting. Views of the city from up on the dome were quite nice. Lorenzo ga e tips on other places to visit.
