The tour was definitely worth it; everything was perfectly organized, especially getting into the cathedral without having to wait, and of course, climbing the cathedral dome is a real experience. The guide’s explanations were easy to understand—not too much and not too little.

Great tour and such an impressive experience!

The booking process was great but the time to get started was much longer than expected. 45 minutes buffer between bookings turned into a sprint to make the next tour in 10 minutes. A heads up that times may vary or delays are common would be great for planning a more successful day.

A great guide with a small group in a beautiful church. It was very clear where we needed to go, and we received further assistance once we got there. The tour with our own earbuds was very convenient. The guide was easy to understand and very friendly. Really nice

Our guide, Sara, explained the most important aspects of this work of art with great enthusiasm, knowledge, and warmth. We are very grateful to her for what we saw and learned, as well as for the special treat at the end of the tour.

Ho ricevuto via e-mail i biglietti per l'accesso alla cupola il giorno prima alle 23:00, ma l'ingresso era previsto per il giorno successivo alle 12:45, il che coincideva con un altro ingresso già programmato che non potevo annullare. Ne abbiamo parlato con la guida, ma non è riuscita a cambiarci l'orario di ingresso.

Loved skipping the queue, our guide seemed to love her job, was very informed & was good at keeping us together. We were surprised that the tour was shorter than expected, although I'm aware one can only absorb so much, but thought the descriptions of the images in the dome could have had more said about its stories.

Beat the queue was worth it by itself. Excellent engaging tour guide and access to museum and facilities a bonus.

It was a well-explained and easy-to-follow tour that took us through the baptistery and the museum, after which we explored the dome on our own. It was really well organized, though unfortunately we had to walk pretty quickly and leave our backpacks a short distance away. Other than that, the bathroom breaks were also very convenient.

All well organised. Michele was vary knowledgeable and engaging. Tour of museum was unexpectedly good.
