This was an amazing experience with a chef on her beautiful farm with fantastic views from the patio area where we enjoyed the wonderful foods we learned to make!! For me, it will be something I remember forever and truly learned hands on how to make delicious foods local to the region. It’s a very small groups of participants which made is even better, plus, you leave with a cookbook with the recipes you made while there. I don’t usually leave reviews but this was too good not to share.

We tried three different cooking classes during our time in Sorrento, and this was by far the best! We chose this one because, from the pictures, we could see that we would be making slightly different recipes compared to the others. The description also made it clear that this was someone who genuinely cooks out of a passion for food, and we’re so happy to say that we were right. I loved that we got to be hands-on throughout the class. Whenever there was a demonstration, everything was explained in detail, with lovely family stories and lots of tips and tricks. For example, we learned what to do if a cake sticks to the pan. As someone who comes from a family of bakery owners, I was surprised to learn a few new tricks! Overall, it felt like an experience centred around a genuine passion for food. She made everyone feel included, the pace was perfect, and we never felt rushed. She was always coming around to help and offer tips, and everything was explained so clearly.

Mari has just dropped us back off at our hotel after what can only be described as one of the best experiences I have ever done. It was honestly incredible from start to finish, Mari was kind and friendly, showed us around her families farm, meeting her children and explaining the area and all the things she does around the farm. The cooking was amazing and certainly the best class I have ever been on as we have done quite a few. I could not fault a thing and was certainly a highlight of our time in Sorrento. DO NOT miss this opportunity, it’s worth every penny, such a magical experience to spend together. Thank you Mari for a true core memory we will cherish forever x

Mari offered an exceptional experience! She is very fun and engaging. She has a delightful home and property, provided the transport and was very prepared for 5 elements of our delicious lunch. While her presentation and instruction was smooth and timely, it also provided an enjoyable social time with great conversation. Thank you so much!! Grazie mille! Continued success!!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Mari’s cookery class in Sorrento! From the moment we arrived, Mari made us feel so welcome with her incredible hospitality and genuine kindness. She created such a warm, relaxed atmosphere that made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The dishes we prepared were authentic and delicious, Every recipe was packed with fresh local flavours, and it was such a fun, hands-on experience. A special mention has to go to Mari’s homemade red wine—it was absolutely delicious! If you’re visiting Sorrento and looking for an authenticate Italian cooking experience, I can’t recommend Mari’s class highly enough. It was one of the highlights of our trip, and we left with wonderful memories, new cooking skills, thank you Mari!

This activity was probably mine and my friend’s favorite part of our trip! This was a more intimate experience plus an amazing view. Maria was so awesome to meet and talk to along with the activity as well as her friend who helped with the class! We are truly grateful for Maria to be open enough for us to experience this in her own home and enjoy it peacefully. This was worth the money and don’t regret spending it. You have a full course meal, cookbook and transportation taken care of! The food was amazing and I cannot wait to try to make it myself. Definitely would book again🥰❤️

Marì was absolutely incredible. It is my first week in Italy and I can already call this experience the highlight of my trip. The kindness, hospitality, and thoughtfulness put into this excursion made it so special. I could not recommend this experience enough! When Marì found out it was my birthday the previous week, she put a happy birthday sign on the cake we made and it brought me so much joy. The picture-perfect views, the wonderful food, and the authentic nature of Marì’s home is 1000% worth experiencing. I will never forget this moment. ❤️
