Capri Tagesausflug ab Neapel: Schnellfähre, Sessellift & Limoncello-Verkostung

Domenico our tour guide was amazing! The whole day start to finish was organised, well planned, fun, entertaining and magical on the island of Capri. We were in a massive panic in the morning as the event says 8.45am thinking we were going to miss the ferry as due to bad traffic we turned up at 9! But luckily the ferry leaves at 9.30!! You arrive at Capri around 10.30 at the beautiful marina. The whole day was filled with sightseeing and learning about the island. We had a beautiful lunch and then got the chairlift to the top of the mountain on the island. The views are amazing and there is a cute little restaurant at the top! We are super happy we went on the boat tour of the island. You got to see the caves and enjoy the lovely sunshine. Make sure you wear suncream!!! We looked around the shops, got ice creams and coffee and it was just a great all round experience. Again, a big thank you to Domenico! ❤️

The trip was ok. You go with the big ferry to the island (50 min) and there you take the bus to the blue grotto. At the grotto was a big queue. We were in the grotto for 5 min. It was nice but not really worth the big queue and waiting in the sun. After that we went to Anacapri and got 1.45-2.00 hours free time to have lunch and time to walk around the town. From there we went to Capri and stayed for 1 hour which was enough to see everything. From Capri we went to the port and had 30 min before we had to take the ferry back. The guide is there to help you get from point A to B. Capri was really crowded. A lot of people want to visit the small island in the summer. The tour was ok but if I would do it again I would not do a tour with the grotto included.

Nice trip although the weather was a bit cold especially when you were on the boat but it’s still winter... We could not use some of the activities because they are not open till summer but they were replaced by others and we were still able to admire beautiful and breathtaking views. The meal at the restaurant was quite simple but tasty and you still had a choice between two first courses and two second. We had to buy drinks at our own expense. Many of the shops on the island are closed at this time of the year (February) so you won’t be able to buy anything “posh” but the shops which sell local product like lemoncello, sweets and perfume and other cosmetics (bought lemon hand cream - beautiful!) are still open and available
