Palermo: Etna-Erlebnis - Weinprobe & Kulinarische Begleitung

Spent 2 hours with the owners of Brillo Wine and More (Daniella and Gabriele) for a wine tasting and food pairing. FABULOUS Etna wines with amazing local charcuterie. Daniella was extremely knowledgeable about the wine, region, varietals, and pairings. As I was a single person doing a tasting and I’m knowledgeable of wines, she spent a significant amount of time sharing her experiences with me and answering a plethora of questions which was very much appreciated as I had not been to Sicily before. Absolutely worth the investment to come to Brillo and learn about Etna wines. Lovely little wine shop with fabulous hosts; I even purchased 12 bottles to have shipped to me in Germany which I received within about 10 days (she handled all the paperwork). Wholeheartedly recommend booking this wine tasting if you’re interested in Etna wines (she has other tastings as well), great overview with amazing pairings. 5-stars!

Mein Freund und ich waren das erste mal bei einem Wein-Tasting. Wir waren sehr aufgeregt und wussten nicht was passieren würd den Abend. Die Dame war Super nett und sehr Herzlich gegenüber uns. Sie hat uns die Geschichten vom Wein erzählt und Probieren lassen. Sie kennt sich super aus und konnte uns auch empfehlen was wir zu welchem Wein essen sollten. Trotz dessen, das wir 2 Std. Und 30 min da waren, hatte wir nie das gefühlt ungewünscht zu dein. Die Atmosphäre war super. Ich kann es jedem herzlich weiter empfehlen. Ich hoffe die Frau hört niemals auf
