Uffizi-Galerie: geführte Tour mit erfahrenem Guide

The title is misleading. Tour without ticket. We were a group of 45 and no one has ticket. Some people decided to seek for help from the police, it was a big mess. We got lucky since we got there early and found out about the ticket situation. I ended up standing in line to purchase our tickets while the tour guide wait for us. I was in line for 30 min. Also there is no slip the line, we have to stand in line to enter just like everyone else.

Tolles Erlebnis!

We had to do the "check in" with Valeria who showed little patience and even some rudeness when we inquired about the tickets which turned out not to be included in the fees although the description of the guided tour indicated it did. Eventually, we asked her to accompany us as we didn't understand Italian and after we were directed to two different ticket offices, each of them telling us it wasn't the right one for our booking. The moment we turned she gestured rudely, which we found inappropriate. Carmen, the guide, was very nice even though we struggled to understand her accent at times.
