Rom: Vatikanische Museen & Sixtinische Kapelle mit Skip-the-Line-Eintritt

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS VENDOR! Tickets are fake. We bought tickets for 10.30. Vendor asked to change this to 11.30. When we turned up and went to the Vatican on 23rd September we were denied entry with other people who bought from this vendor. The tickets had been used and were from 5th July. Total scam. We were also charged euro 167 and the tickets said euro 33.50 on them. Buy directly from the Vatican.

I am dissatisfied with the service. At the meeting point, there was no one there. I went to a neighboring service provider who called the person in charge. It was this second provider, who was very helpful, who finally gave me a new ticket, shifting the departure time by half an hour so I could get home. I had to meet friends much earlier. The explanations given were very poor. It's not worth paying €75 when the tickets cost €25. I no longer had the option of buying a ticket on the spot without waiting, which would have meant I couldn't be with my friendsIt's taking advantage of people.
