Olivenhain-Tour in Vernazza mit Öl- und Weinverkostung der 5 Terre

Alessandro was wonferful! We hiked up to the olive grove and stopped along the way to see the amazing view of Vernazza. He explained his involvement in the olive grove work and gave a tour of the olive grive wherw he works. There were also two ponies there that he introduced. We then hiked up a bit more and had a sampling of olive oil on bread and focaccia. It was a beautiful experience!

Alessandro was an excellent guide for our small group of four. He ensured our group had a lot of fun and answered all our group’s questions. He had a passion for the trail’s vegetation, animals and the process of Cinque Terre winemaking. The activity included a hike up the Vernazza trails, a visit to an olive grove where there are adorable ponies, and an olive oil and wine tasting. Although the Vernazza trails were steep at times, Alessandro never made us feel rushed and safety was always a priority. I highly recommend this tour for the scenery, price, and kind guide. It has been our favorite tour of our trip so far!

Alessandro was a great guide. The pace of the walk was good for us,as relatively active 70 year olds. Learning about the agriculture of the region, the local products, and the production of olive oil in a predominantly organic region and then sampling some excellent olive oil. and locally produced lemon jam & focaccia was the “icing on the cake”. We would highly recommend our guide and the tour to anyone wanting to learn more about vernazza and the Cinque Terre region.

After a busy day surrounded by tourists, this tour was exactly what we needed. The hike up to the sanctuary was pleasant and offered beautiful views along the way. Thanks to Alessio, who shared many interesting insights and stories, it was also very engaging. The olive oil and wine tasting were delicious. And the view from the sanctuary overlooking Vernazza and the surrounding area was absolutely spectacular. As a sweet final touch, we got to see two adorable ponies. We would definitely recommend this tour.
