Nobody showed up as a guide for the tour! Several other couples were waiting around for up to 30 minutes and no one showed! What a ridiculous waste of money! I would like my money back asap!

The tour guide for uffizi was great - very knowledgeable and funny. However I thought I had booked a city walk also - this didn't happen. Not a big deal but the website wasn't very clear.

This Headout tour of the Uffizi on June 23rd at 2 pm was a fraud. No guide was there at the assigned time and place (we arrived early). We waited at the assigned spot by the Cossimo statue until 2:15 p.m. I did not receive any notice by email that anything changed. PLEASE REFUND ME FOR YOUR FRAUDULANT TOUR.

The tour was cancelled very last minute by the tour guide being sick, I was called and a voice message left on my phone which I appreciated and the confirmation of a full refund for the tour.

Omar was incredible; his knowledge of art and the way he took us on a journey through time periods and brought out the emotion,psychology, layering of color and dimension to the painting was phenomenal. We have booked two other tours through your company since this experience. Thank you!
