We had difficulty getting to the tour on time, and Donatella very kindly shared her location with us so that we could catch up without disrupting the tour. After the tour, when we needed to return to a specific part of the city, Donatella arranged for us to ride on the next tour's bus to get back. She was also very kind and attentive on the tour to my 8-year-old son (the youngest person there!) and kept him engaged throughout. Would highly recommend!
