Hello, I was running a little late because of the Milan Marathon, and the guide called me to make sure I was coming, then explained how to meet up with them. She speaks French very well and provides all the details you’d want when booking a guide. A wonderful experience

viewing the opera house the visit takes too long and is too expensive in relation to the 10 minutes spent in the auditorium

We had trouble arriving on time and appreciated the guide's phone call. Too bad no French audio guides. Frustrating to discover Milan's Scala.

The place is magical, the guide was interesting, the schedule was respected, I absolutely recommend it.

No French on the audio guide, it's absurd! If I'd been warned when I booked, I wouldn't have booked. I left after 20 minutes because I couldn't understand the explanations in English as I don't speak English. It's dishonest to proceed this way.
