Leonardo Express: Direkter Zugtransfer Flughafen Fiumicino – Bahnhof Termini

The train did not depart as scheduled. After being asked to exit the train we needed to find an alternative. The journey then took over an hour not 23 minutes. We were late checking for our flight

All trains were canceled that day.

Timed ticket could not use for earlier train, Ticket should be flexible for travel time

Everything was perfect. Service was excellent.

Smooth ride. Easy to purchaseti kets online. Easy to find train. Plenty of room for luggage. Only 30 minutes to center of Rome.

Quick ride, clean train, easy to use.

Smooth and great support along the way!

A quick and hassle-free trip, with comfortable and functional train cars even if they were quite crowded. An affordable and efficient way to reach central Rome even on the busiest traffic days, with a reasonable level of comfort.

The service was very good. The problem was accessing my tickets because the Wi-Fi wasn't fast enough. The woman checking them was very kind and helped me, but I would have preferred not having that issue.

The ride was fine but sold my email info and now I am receiving many emails from many different companies.

The train was cancelled 5 minutes after I made my purchase. To date, I have not received a refund.

Very convenient and reliable, but very expensive and + €5 if you miss your reserved time slot—that's really pushing it...

The trip simply didn't happen; it was canceled by Trenitalia, so I had to take alternative transportation to the airport, leaving me out of pocket by 28 €. I would like to know how I can be refunded for this amount.

Train was delayed. Too many people.

Couldn't download my ticket so that I didn't had one to enter the train. Needed to get a new one
