Excellent tour guide in Igna and driver Luca. Both were excellent as was the tour. Highly recommended and very good value. Ciao Florence had some admin issues though

Nello specifico, il nome del mio tour "Da Firenze: gita di un giorno in piccolo gruppo a Pisa, Siena, San Gimignano e nel Chianti con degustazione di vini e pranzo" iniziava con la menzione di Pisa, ma non ci siamo mai andati. Si tratta di pubblicità ingannevole.

Great experience. Our guide Lori was very friendly. The small group was great, we had a lot of fun. The organized tour was great. The only downside was that there was no French translation.

Great tour and the tour guide was wonderful. He did a wonderful job of explaining the wine business and was very patience with us. He assisted the guests with purchasing tickets for the trampoline and check through the bus to see if any things was left back.

There was a mistake, and we were boarded with a Spanish group. The guide was really helpful and arrange for us to get on the right bus. What is more, we were given a very nice sit. I recommend this trip, for it is very well organised and the guides are very helpful.
