We couldn't use the tickets because, contrary to expectations, there was no bus connection from Andria to Castel del Monte.

Castel del Monte is one-of-a-kind, with truly unique architecture. I was shocked by the sheer amount of trash INSIDE the complex—and the dog poop! With a €10 admission fee and the fact that it’s a UNESCO World Heritage Site, I would have expected it to be clean! What a shame!!!

Everything was perfect—the reservation was excellent, and the castle was beautiful.

A trip that leaves a lasting impression—culture to the nth degree! The staff who run the facility are kind, cultured, professional, and capable. I recommend that both adults and children visit Castel del Monte—it’s a unique experience!

The visit to the castle lasted barely 20 minutes. There really wasn't much to see. Disappointing. Definitely not worth the price.

Even though we had booked our tickets and arrived on time, we were told to get in line at the back of the incredibly long queue and wait until it was our turn at the ticket counter. We are very disappointed and have now paid a service fee without receiving any service—disappointing! Never again!

Tickets are available directly at the castle. With the headset, it’s easy to tour the castle even without a guided tour. Problem: Poor internet connection makes it difficult to download tickets

Impressive. Booking the ticket was a disaster. After booking and debiting the money from my credit card, I didn't get a ticket, which should have been there after 2 hours at the latest. After 4 emails and 10 days the tickets finally showed up, no apology
