Great experience—the purchase was easy and access to the facility was simple

The visit to the castle lasted barely 20 minutes. There really wasn't much to see. Disappointing. Definitely not worth the price.

Even though we had booked our tickets and arrived on time, we were told to get in line at the back of the incredibly long queue and wait until it was our turn at the ticket counter. We are very disappointed and have now paid a service fee without receiving any service—disappointing! Never again!

Tickets are available directly at the castle. With the headset, it’s easy to tour the castle even without a guided tour. Problem: Poor internet connection makes it difficult to download tickets

Fast and easy to do! Only bad thing you have to download the App, would be good to have also the pdf with the ticket directly by e-mail.

Impressive. Booking the ticket was a disaster. After booking and debiting the money from my credit card, I didn't get a ticket, which should have been there after 2 hours at the latest. After 4 emails and 10 days the tickets finally showed up, no apology

Good and speedy organization with the shuttle bus from the parking lot. Beautiful and well-kept grounds, impressive building. Very good audio guide.
