The carrier did not know the application and did not know how to interpret the review by showing him the ticket, it is true that the ticket is not clear enough as it only marks one hour, and you really have more hours to enjoy the transportation. So, the carrier understood that the ticket was only valid at 10:40 AM and not at 15:00PM. Thank you
