Both of the museums were amazing, a great door to history. Using Headout tickets and app was so easy. The directions were very clear and audio guide helped us learn details of the art and history.

Getting inside was a smooth transition, and the overall experience was excellent.

It was great not to have to wait in line to get in. Our guide, Elisa, was very helpful and gave us lots of details about Michelangelo and his works on display, as well as other paintings and areas of the museum.

My arrival in Florence was delayed, and I wasn't able to check in on time, so the ticket was lost. I won't buy tickets that way again.

Very informative, I learned so much and enjoyed the experience much more than if I would have been on my own.

Everything was excellent. I almost missed the event because I didn't have a signal, but they helped me at the gallery entrance, and we were able to fully enjoy the experience.

The entire process from start to finish was very easy and stress free. After buying your tickets the app and emails were very helpful in providing detailed instructions of where to go and how to redeem for physical tickets to gain entry. Highly recommend this service!

Great day spent in Florence! It really helped to book the tickets online with Headout, saves soooo much time with the queues! Also I have to mention how wonderful the staff are that you meet to collect your tickets. They are so helpful!! I highly recommend, it's definitely worth it!!

Our visit to view David all went very smoothly. The moment I entered the room where the statue of David was standing took my breath away! What a truly magnificent sight!

Ability to book, download tickets on phone and pronto service.. a text guide to most important exhibits would have been awesome as audio guide
